Calling all Hong Kong international students. 

We’re seeking a skilled Team Lead with 5+ years' experience in engineering and software development to lead AI projects for a top global investment group in Hong Kong. From enhancing ResearchGPT to building AI agents and digitalising onboarding, you’ll drive high-impact innovation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Represent the Technology department, collaborate with business stakeholders, and assess business needs to develop tailored AI solutions that improve efficiency and productivity 

• Conduct workshops to educate business users on AI technologies and tools 

• Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers; resolve challenges and lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI-driven projects 

• Ensure high standards of engineering quality through code reviews and best practices; analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights that support decision-making 

• Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure to support model training and post-delivery enhancements 

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and apply relevant innovations to provide expert advice to management 

Qualifications:  

At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field 

• Strong, proven knowledge in full-stack development and generative AI, with experience implementing LLMs 

• Experience in specialised domains such as NLP, robotics, computer vision, or predictive analytics 

• Hands-on experience with Python and Java, with familiarity in AI frameworks 

• Understanding of infrastructure and integrating AI models into production 

• Proven leadership or mentorship experience within technical teams 

• Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience 

• Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills in English 

• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin 

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus 

Nice-to-Have: 

• Experience in AI tools such as ChatGPT, or other mainstream tools 

• Experience in building agentic AI
