Your first 12 weeks
You will build skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, business analysis, and AI fundamentals, while learning how to ask better questions and explain insights clearly.
Roles you could move into
- BI Engineer: build reports, dashboards, and data models that help teams understand performance.
- Technical Business Analyst: connect business and technology teams, document needs, and support delivery.
- Data Migration Consultant: help teams move, clean, and check data as systems change.
- Analytics Engineer: prepare data so analysts and business teams can use it with confidence.
- Data Analyst: analyse information, identify trends, and turn findings into clear recommendations.

What you need to bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant or related subject
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Clear communication and collaboration
- Ability to learn quickly
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Open to relocate for Sydney or Melbourne projects, with support
- Commitment to FDM's 2.5-year Graduate Program
Nice to have
Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, BI tools, or reporting
Working arrangement
Office-based three to five days per week, depending on the client.
