Your first 12 weeks
You will get hands-on with IT service management, cloud, Python, Linux, DevOps tooling, IT security, and AI integrations. You will learn how incidents are triaged, root cause analysis works, and teams keep platforms stable.
Roles you could move into
- Production Support Analyst. Detect, investigate, and help fix outages so critical services keep running.
- Site Reliability Engineer. Support stable, high-performing systems and help teams improve reliability.
- DevOps Engineer. Build automation scripts and support deployment processes that reduce manual work.
- Network Engineer. Support and improve the networks that move data between teams, platforms, and customers.
- Production Support Analyst. Troubleshoot live issues, get fixes in fast, and keep critical systems available.
- Service Analyst. Work across ITIL pipelines to keep service quality high and turnaround times sharp.
- Technical Support. Help users and teams solve problems quickly with internal platforms and vendor applications.
