As a Flinders Port Holdings Graduate, our 24-month graduate program offers a comprehensive approach to developing your technical, personal and professional skills. Through personalised coaching, and on-the-job learning, you'll embark on a journey that sets the course for your career growth. From day one, you'll be guided through various aspects of our business by experienced mentors who will provide invaluable insights and support to shape your career.

About you

Your skills and experience will include:

• You are currently (final year) or have recently completed studying a Bachelor of Information Services (Cyber Security and Networking, or other relevant degree;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Next, you'll be invited to introduce yourself via an online video.

Attend an interview
The final stage of our process. You'll connect with us in person for a 30 – 45 minute interview. This is also a great opportunity for you to learn as much as you can about life at Flinders Port Holdings.
