The Opportunity

Our four-week Vacationer Program is designed to give you real insight into life at Fordham and set you up for future success. Our program offers:

  • Work on real client tasks alongside experienced teams
  • Contribute to practical case studies
  • Participate in a team project with your cohort
  • Build your network through team events and connection activities
  • Receive coaching, support and feedback from leaders and peers
  • A strong focus on connection, support and culture
  • A clear pathway into our Graduate Program

You'll be supported through a structured learning program, with guidance from people around you as you build your skills and confidence.

This is an opportunity to experience life at Fordham with the potential to start your career in accounting and advisory with us. At the end of the program, successful participants will be offered a graduate role with Fordham commencing in February 2028.

To be eligible for the Fordham Vacationer Program, you must:

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident
  • Be in your penultimate year of study
  • Be willing to relocate to the location of the role
  • Be eligible (or become eligible) to undertake your CA studies
