The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator with strong interpersonal skill  to join the team at Forward Ability Support as the People & Culture Administrator. This role will ensure accurate and timely support is provided at all levels of the business.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Escalating issues as required 
  • Assisting in payroll administration
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Assisting in the administration of terminations
  • Generating Reports
  • Assisting in general enquiries 
  • You will work closely and be directly reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner

About You

To be considered for this role you will require:

  • Experience in general administration, reporting and document management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering work to a high  standard
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High level attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and coordinate the flow of information.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the business with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion required in the People & Culture function
  • Proactive approach to work with the ability to research and develop ones knowledge.

Desirable, but not essential criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, working towards qualification, or willingness to work towards qualification.
  • Experience in working with Awards and EBA's.
