The role

You’ll work collaboratively with our people and teams across the business to deliver high quality project, communication and engagement and change activities to help set our major organisational projects on track for success. 

You’ll provide project and change management support for the design and delivery of corporate projects. You’ll also lead smaller projects and contribute to significant programs of work, with effective communication a key element of your role.


What you’ll bring

  • Enthusiasm and knowledge or experience of project and change management concepts.
  • Passionate about understanding people needs, to ensure they are ready, willing and able to accept change. 
  • Confidence to design and facilitate internal and external engagement activities.
  • The skills to develop and edit content for a range of audiences and communication channels.
  • Ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to implement change.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet timeframes for projects and programs.
  • A relevant qualification or experience.
