Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative - Chinese Speaking
The successful fluent Chinese Customer Service Associate can expect the following duties as part of their role:
  • Provide awesome Customer Service to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail, and phone
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
  • Learning the right tools & methods to provide accurate and complete assessments
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Compliance task and additional important back office administrative duties.

Job Requirements - Customer Service Representative - Chinese Speaking
  • Fluent Chinese and English - both verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus, but not essential!
  • Customer-focused with great interpersonal skills
  • Any previous experience in Customer Service (e.g. retail, hospitality)
  • A real team player!
  • Top problem solving and analytical skills
  • A go-getter and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment - you can handle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
