Job description - Customer Support
In this Customer Support role, you will join the crux of the business, providing a trusted support service to their expanding customer base.
You will join their small dedicated team focused on delivering excellent customer service and become an expert across their products, including superannuation members, managed investments and US investing services.
Your role will play a key part in the constant development of their products through customer feedback and connecting with the wider team. And you can expect real career progression in the wider organisation.
Job responsibilities - Customer Support
In this customer support role, you will have in-depth training to deepen your product knowledge. The daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Be the primary point of contact to customers via email, chat and phone
- Offer specialised support for superannuation enquiries
- Help their customers across the managed investment and US investing products
- Nurture relationships with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes
Job requirements - Customer Support
- You're empathetic and enjoy solving problems
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Any relevant experience (e.g customer-facing)
- You pay attention to detail and can explain complex ideas simply.
- The ability to understand and translate complex problems into easily digestible information
- Curious about technology and open to learning more about superannuation and investment platforms (no prior experience required)
- Strong aptitude for continuous learning
