Job Description – Graduate Business Analyst
In this Graduate Business Analyst role, you’ll support the mobilisation and operations teams by uncovering insights through data, helping shape resident experiences, and contributing to the successful launch of new communities.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and collaborate across departments, building your skills in analytics, reporting, and stakeholder communication as the company continues to grow. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who’s curious, detail-orientated, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities - Graduate Business Analyst - Property
In this Graduate Business Analyst role based in Melbourne, you can expect the following tasks, but not limited to:
- Analyse data from leasing, marketing and operations systems to uncover insight
- Create presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and board updates
- Collaborate with teams across mobilisation, tech and operations
- Track trends, resident demographics and performance metrics
- Work closely with senior leaders
- Contribute to shaping how the mobilisation team uses data to make decisions
Job Requirements - Graduate Business Analyst - Property
- Degree in finance, accounting, property, business, or similar
- High-level Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
- Great communicator who can turn complex data into clear, concise reporting
- Genuinely interested in property, real estate, or the Build-to-Rent space
- Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, eager to learn, and not afraid to fail and try again
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
