Job Description - Graduate Marketing Coordinator
In this Graduate Marketing Coordinator role, you’ll play a key role in launching and supporting digital marketing activity, particularly around CRM setup, outreach campaigns, and content execution for an upcoming national tech event.
You’ll also get exposure to broader marketing activities for the consultancy and their clients, with training and support provided across tools like HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
This is a great opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or junior marketer looking to grow their skills in B2B digital marketing, CRM, and campaign execution.
Job Responsibilities - Graduate Marketing Coordinator - Melbourne
In this Graduate Marketing Coordinator role based in Melbourne, you can expect the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Set up and configure a new CRM system (HubSpot) including access levels and data uploads
- Build out contact lists and first-party data using tools like Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Help develop a 3-step automation campaign to drive newsletter sign-ups
- Support creation of a preference centre to collect audience insights via polls, forms and email
- Assist in planning and delivering marketing activity for two major tech events in November
- Create and manage email campaigns and marketing templates using Canva and HubSpot
- Participate in building LinkedIn paid ad campaigns
- Collaborate with an external marketing agency and in-house content lead
- Assist with SEO, video content coordination, and outreach activities
- Access to Oracle University marketing certifications and tools (AI, CDP, Eloqua, Responsys)
Job Requirements - Graduate Marketing Coordinator - Melbourne
- Degree in marketing, communications, media, business or a related field
- Exposure to digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva, CRM or email marketing tools)
- Strong written communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage admin-heavy work as part of campaigns
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Some experience with LinkedIn outreach, Lusha or similar tools would be a bonus
- Video content creation or SEO experience is helpful but not required
- Eager to learn and work as part of a small, collaborative marketing team
