Job Description - Test Analyst (HR Systems / Oracle)
In this Test Analyst role, you’ll work closely with a Senior Test Analyst and other consultants, you’ll get exposure to large enterprise systems, HR processes, and learn how to deliver business-focused testing for cloud-based technology projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of testing experience looking to build their skills in business process testing and enterprise software projects.
 
Job Responsibilities - Test Analyst
In this Test Analyst role based in Brisbane, you can expect the following responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Execute test scripts and record outcomes
• Support system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing phases
• Report defects and track resolution
• Liaise with business users and technical teams to validate requirements
• Understand HR processes and how they translate into system workflows
• Learn and build knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM systems

Job Requirements - Test Analyst - Brisbane

• 1–2 years of experience in software testing (business process or system testing preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to following test processes
• Understanding of HR systems, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or other HCM platforms would be a bonus
• SQL or Oracle SQL knowledge is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Brisbane CBD (approx. 3 days per week, with hybrid flexibility)
