Job description - Operations Assistant
This is a unique Operations Assistant role to keep the CEO's day running smoothly as the business continues to expand into the Southeast Asian market. You'll be working behind the scenes to keep things running and can expect a fast-paced startup environment.
It's the perfect role for a proactive graduate, highly organised and detail-oriented. And if you're looking for a future in operations, HR, business management or project management, this is the junior role for you!
Key Responsibilities - Operations Assistant
In this Operations Assistant role, expect the following tasks, but not limited to:
- Daily support to the CEO (calendar management, inbox management, travel etc.)
- Manage HR administration - recruitment coordination, and onboarding
- Support the implementation of operational processes
- Help with preparing pitch decks
- Attend meetings and capture meeting notes
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist with logistics for internal events, meetings etc.
Please note that this is a graduate role! It could suit someone in their final year of study, with the opportunity to work 3-5 days a week.
Job Requirements - Operations Assistant
- Ideally, a qualification in business, HR, communications or a relevant field
- Any previous experience managing tasks and people (e.g chairing a student club, coordinating events, working in business administration)
- Organisation is key! Do you get a thrill from ticking things off your to-do list?
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same
- Passionate about startups
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly (e.g Hubspot, Notion, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working autonomously, but also collaborative and communicative with your team
