Part-Time TikTok Content Creator

Are you a current University student in Sydney or Melbourne with a passion for creating TikTok content? We are looking for enthusiastic TikTok content creators to work with our talented team in Sydney and Melbourne!

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate skills in the area of TikTok content creation. The role will require you to be able to receive briefs and also propose your own ideas based on your expert knowledge of TikTok trends. This is a remote and contract role with flexible hours.

Please include a link to your portfolio or examples of your work in your application. This could include your own TikTok account or accounts you have worked on previously. 

The primary responsibilities of the position include:

• Planning, filming and editing high quality TikTok videos that are engaging and shareable
• Some local (Sydney/Melbourne) travel to film onsite with our client partners
• Reporting directly to the GradConnection Marketing Team, you will be required to join regular meetings to discuss ongoing content plans
• Taking feedback and amending videos as required

Required skills:

• You stay up-to-date with industry trends, TikTok algorithms, and best practices, and can provide recommendations to optimise our TikTok marketing efforts
• You ideally have had experience building a social media following on TikTok
• You have excellent people and verbal communication skills
• You can turn content around quickly
• You understand the importance of making content that suits the theme of the GradConnection brand and our target audience
• As our key audience are current and recently graduated Australian University students, it would be beneficial (but not required) if you are also a current or recent grad
