ABOUT THE GRADUATE PROGRAM 

When you walk through our doors, you cease to be a graduate, a cadet, a project manager, or a developer. You are a problem solver, a first mover, a negotiator, an innovator and a challenger.

Our Graduate Program is a full-time role commencing in 2023 and is designed to build exposure to commercial developments within a workplace that fosters a diverse and positive culture. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic Building Graduates with a passion for construction, that either have (or will) graduate by 2022 from a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Construction Management, Design (Architecture)/Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.

Building on our 30 years of experience, we provide the opportunity to curate and deliver projects end-to-end, learning through our projects, and exposure toa range of experienced industry professionals.

Graduates will be assigned to one of our projects and will receive training and mentoring in all the key aspects of project design and delivery.

KEY TASKS:

Some key tasks of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Document Control
  • Quality Assurance
  • Occupational Health and Safety
  • Procurement/coordination of subcontractors
  • Contract Administration and cost reporting
