Your Graduate Journey
Our Audit Graduate Programme combines structured learning, professional development and hands-on experience across a diverse client base.
Working with clients across industries such as financial services, technology, construction, freight forwarding and not-for-profit organisations, you'll gain broad commercial exposure while developing the technical skills needed for a successful career in audit and advisory.
Throughout the programme, you'll:
- Assist with audit, assurance and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Conduct financial analysis, testing, risk assessments and reviews of internal controls.
- Prepare audit documentation, financial reports and client deliverables.
- Work directly with clients, including onsite visits to gain insight into their operations.
- Collaborate with Seniors, Managers and Partners to identify risks and deliver practical recommendations.
- Develop your technical knowledge through structured training, mentoring and on-the-job learning.
- Build experience using audit technologies, data analytics tools and emerging technologies.
- Receive comprehensive support towards your Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, including study leave, mentoring and financial assistance.
- Explore cross-divisional opportunities to broaden your experience across HLB Mann Judd's service lines.
Supported by a collaborative and culturally diverse team, you'll gain the technical expertise, commercial awareness and confidence needed to build a successful career as a trusted adviser.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and motivated approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Commitment to achieving the Chartered Accountants qualification.
