The Graduate Opportunity

We’re looking for a Graduate to join our Restructuring and Risk Advisory team in our Sydney office.

Kick-start your career with hands-on experience from day one. Our Restructuring & Risk Advisory team works closely with businesses and individuals navigating financial change. It’s fast-paced, varied work — and no two days look the same.

As a Graduate, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you build your technical skills by:

  • Working alongside Managers, Directors and Partners on insolvency and restructuring engagements
  • Having exposure to real client work from day one
  • Being a part of a supportive and collaborative team environment

What you’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting corporate and personal insolvency matters
  • Assisting with trading activities including cash flow, payroll and debt collection
  • Preparing statutory documents and regulatory correspondence (ASIC, ATO)
  • Assisting with investigations into company and financial affairs
  • Supporting creditor reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Assisting with the sale of businesses and assets
  • Attending meetings with clients, creditors and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records, workpapers and cashbooks
  • Using Excel and Word for analysis and reporting

About You

You’re someone who is motivated to learn, enjoys working with others and is keen to build a long-term career in professional services. You’ll bring:

  • A degree (or final year of study) in [relevant degree – e.g. Accounting, Commerce, Business]
  • A strong interest in pursuing your CA and ARITA qualification
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • The ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and work in a team
