Our program begins in February each year, initially based in Hobart, Tasmania. You’ll rotate into different teams and functions, where you can build on your capabilities and create a career that’s right for you. 

This is a permanent, ongoing role where we will work with you to place you within the business in time for the conclusion of the program.

What you’ll do:

  • Opportunity to rotate through various teams across Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy (our retail business!) and Entura (our consulting business!)
  • Depending on your role, you’ll work at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes
  • Be part of big renewable infrastructure projects like Battery of the Nation
  • Take part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and seniorcolleagues.

What you’ll bring:

  • To fill our IT positions, we are looking for those who have completed a Bachelor of Information and Communication technology,  Bachelor of Geospatial Science or Bachelor of Surveying and Spatial Sciences or equivalent related studies such as Data Science 
  • Passion, ambition and a commitment to driving positive change
  • Willingness to learn and build effective communication and relationships inside the business
