Our Customer Experience & Growth Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney) commencing on February 9 2027. Working in our intermediated insurance business, you'll gain exposure to leading commercial insurance brands including CGU and WFI, helping support the brokers, businesses and regional communities we serve. This is an 18-month full-time program that offers multiple rotations and exposure within your chosen field. From day-one, you will be a permanent full-time employee and will have a permanent role upon completion. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, partners and internal stakeholders, supporting the delivery of strong customer and commercial outcomes
- Contribute to projects that improve customer experience, operational processes and service delivery across the business
- Support broker partnership, customer growth and business development initiatives through research, analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing, customer and commercial initiatives that help attract, retain and grow customers
- Analyse customer, market and business data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver business priorities, solve problems and drive continuous improvement
- Take ownership of your development, applying new skills and knowledge to make a meaningful contribution from day one
What You'll Bring
- A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026 – any Business/Commerce degree with potential specialisations in Marketing.
- A credit average achievement (65%+), and
- Australian and/or New Zealand citizen, or you hold valid work rights in Australia for the duration of the program
- A driven, enthusiastic, team-focused mindset
- Customer focus with curiosity to learn fast and influence outcomes
- Ability to work 2 days per week in the Naarm (Melbourne) office or or Gadigal Country (Sydney)
