Our Data & Analytics Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney) commencing on 9 February 2027. Working within our Intermediated Insurance business, you'll help turn data into insights that support commercial decision-making across leading brands including CGU and WFI. This is an 18-month full-time program that offers multiple rotations and exposure within your chosen field. From day-one, you will be a permanent full-time employee and will have a permanent role upon completion. What You'll Do
- Turn data into actionable insights that help teams make smarter decisions and improve business outcomes
- Build dashboards, reports and visualisations that bring complex information to life
- Support the development, transformation and governance of data across multiple platforms and systems
- Apply analytical techniques to uncover trends, solve business problems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to AI, automation and data-led innovation initiatives across the business
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate insights in a clear and engaging way
- Work across multiple teams and projects, developing the technical and commercial skills needed for a successful analytics career
What You'll Bring
- A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026 – data engineer, data scientist, business information, computer science, IT, data analytics and actuarial.
- A credit average achievement (65%+), and
- Australian and/or New Zealand citizen, or you hold valid work rights in Australia for the duration of the program
- A driven, enthusiastic, team-focused mindset
- Curiosity, energy and ownership to proactively explore problems, collaborate with others and drive work forward
- Ability to work 2 days per week in the Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney) offices
