Our Experience Design Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) commencing on February 9, 2027. Working across our retail business, you'll help shape the digital experiences that support millions of customer interactions each year, collaborating with design and product teams to create simple, seamless and customer-focused solutions.
We’re looking for curious grads who want to help shape the future of digital experiences, where customer needs, design, technology and AI increasingly come together. What matters most is your ability to understand problems, make ideas tangible and keep learning as technology evolves.
This is an 18-month full-time program that offers multiple rotations across the experience design team and exposure within your chosen field. From day-one, you will be a permanent full-time employee and will have a permanent role upon successful completion. What You'll Do
- Work alongside product, design, engineering and data to solve real customer and business problems
- Explore ideas quickly using modern design, prototyping and AI tools.
- Turn concepts into prototypes, experiments and experiences that teams can test and learn from.
- Help connect customer needs, business goals and technical constraints into practical digital experiences. business problems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Learn how modern digital products are designed, built, measured and continuously improved.
- Contribute to projects across multiple products, gaining exposure to the full end-to-end experience lifecycle.
What You'll Bring
- A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026 – Design, Interaction Design, Engineering, Behavioural Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Game Development, or other creative and technology-related disciplines
- A credit average achievement (65%+), and
- Australian and/or New Zealand citizen, or you hold valid work rights in Australia for the duration of the program
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity.
- The ability to communicate ideas clearly and bring others on the journey.
- Confidence learning new tools and technologies quickly, including AI.
- An interest in understanding people, systems and how digital experiences come together.
- Ability to work 2 days per week in the Gadigal Country (Sydney) office
