A fantastic opportunity to study your university degree and gain relevant industry experience all before you graduate!
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for administering our computer-based psychometric assessments for candidates engaged in our recruitment processes. As one of our Assessment Administrators, you will be responsible for providing a high-level of candidate care and performing general administrative duties.
You will be a highly personable individual, who enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis. Using your exceptional communication skills, you will facilitate this testing stage by booking candidates in for their test, welcoming them into our offices, and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their computer-based test. Whilst the test is being conducted, you will have flexibility to use your time productively for university study and assignment completion.
This role is for you if you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence to deal with senior level stakeholders and possess the initiative and the ability to work autonomously. Additionally, you will have a professional and friendly attitude and the ability to maintain your composure when faced with challenging situations followed by the skills to solve ‘in the moment’ problems. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for current university students, looking to gain relevant industry experience right from the commencement of their studies!
You will also bring with you strong Microsoft Office skills, PC knowledge and additional experience in the administration of psychometric assessments would be a strong advantage, though not essential. You will represent Macquarie for our candidates, so previous customer service experience would be a plus.
Assessments are held in Fortitude Valley and you must be flexible on your availability and be able to work alternating Saturdays.
