Finance Assistant - Immediate Start

Our European multinational client is a world leader in industrial air filtration, dust and fume extraction and collection as well as air pollution control equipment. They operate across multiple industrial sectors that include mining, wood industries, metal fabrication, food production, healthcare and process engineering applications. 

Your new role will see you working alongside our client’s Financial Controller focusing on AP/AR, credit control, invoicing as well as assisting with customer service, logistics enquiries, purchasing and general office administration duties. This is a maternity leave position but due to the company’s ongoing growth it will very likely become a permanent position.

The successful applicant will likely have some accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, experience with ERP software systems (IFS would be an advantage, but is not critical), excellent MS Word and Excel skills, a keen eye for detail and above all, a can-do mindset, a friendly job-focused demeanour and a willingness to learn and become an integral part of our client’s small team.
