Mirandela is Australia's only hyper-specialised transport and logistics M&A and strategy practice, helping Australia and NZ's leading transport companies and financial sponsors to solve tomorrow's hardest problems, including the transition to zero emissions. Our clients range from ASX50 listed companies to some of the world’s leading transport and logistics companies and global private equity funds. To date, we have completed $8bn in transport transactions, with $3bn in the last financial year alone.

We take pride in our first four interns going on to graduate roles at Bank of America (x2), BCG and Greenhill and we hope for the same for you too. That’s why we are offering a rare opportunity for a winter and summer intern to join us before your big break in the east or internationally. 

What’s on offer:

• 4-week investment banking bootcamp over winter 2023 (4-weeks) or summer 2023/24 (8-weeks). Applications are welcome to one, or both; 
• 1:1 career coaching and ongoing mentoring with our team to give you the best shot at landing a leading grad role; 
• Getting match fit with Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modelling and best-practice research techniques; 
• Interview prep sessions including detailed valuation workshops; 
• Working with clients that range from global private equity firms to multinational transport companies; 
• Opportunity to be retained as a part-time intern for the duration of your studies plus flexibility to go interstate for your bulge bracket summer internships; and

Is this you?

• You are studying a finance-related degree (double degree is desirable)
• Open to all years of study. If you are an ambitious first or second year student, we want to hear from you too
• You are the best and brightest in your cohort, and have a strong academic record with GPA of 6.0 or higher
