Your Opportunity

The Brand and Sponsorship Coordinator supports the delivery of Mirvac's brand, sponsorship and customer culture initiatives across the organisation.

This role is responsible for working with the Senior Manager to plan and implement key initiatives that reinforce Mirvac's brand promise and Customer Charter. The position will work across Mirvac, collaborating with residential, office, retail and mixed-use teams.

Our recent brand campaign launch - building the imagine nation, set the foundations; this is a chance to join, amplify and embed the work.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Delivery & Advocacy

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of key brand initiatives across Mirvac's portfolio.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and marketers across the business to identify opportunities to leverage or create content, events or activations that bring Mirvac's brand promise to life.
  • Support the identification of new technology, tools and/or processes to enable the Mirvac team to independently apply the brand consistently across touchpoints.
  • Be a brand advocate, ready to provide support and guidance to ensure the brand is represented in line with guidelines.

Sponsorship Activation & Partner Engagement

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of Mirvac's sponsorship programs across the business.
  • Coordinate program logistics, assets, communications and content to drive internal and external engagement, awareness and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and marketers across the business to identify opportunities to leverage programs effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with program partners to foster collaboration and growth opportunities.

Customer Culture & Internal Engagement

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of initiatives that promote Mirvac's Customer Charter and customer-centric culture, within the direct team or by supporting activity across the organisation.
  • Coordinate internal communications, content, events and/or activations that reinforce customer-focused behaviours and brand values.
  • Support the delivery of internal recognition programs such as the Mirvac Stars Customer Awards.

Project Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for brand, sponsorship and customer culture projects led by the Senior Manager.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation and internal communications to ensure initiatives run smoothly.
  • Liaise with internal teams, agencies and partners to support the delivery of brand and partnership activities.
  • Assist with procurement processes, budget tracking and reporting where required.

Measurement, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Assist in collecting and compiling data related to brand campaigns, sponsorship activations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations on key initiative outcomes.
  • Help maintain records and documentation related to partnerships, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Your Point of Difference

The role is well suited to a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to build experience in brand and sponsorship management and internal and external customer-focused marketing initiatives within a leading Australian property business.

You will bring:

  • 1-2 years' experience in marketing, brand, partnerships, or communications roles (including internships).
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related discipline, or currently completing one.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence drafting short-form content for digital, social and internal channels.
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn, test, optimise and improve
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ideally some experience supporting events, partnerships, campaigns, content production or marketing projects as well as familiarity with brand guidelines, marketing communications processes and social platform requirements.
  • Preferably, some exposure to agency ways of working, including briefs, timelines, asset management, campaign trafficking, client servicing or production coordination.
  • Basic understanding of analytics, insights or reporting tools such as social platform analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or similar.
  • Interest in property, placemaking, community-focused brand initiatives, digital storytelling or sponsorship activation.
