Our opportunity

As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will support the team by providing assistance with daily customer relations administration.

This role supports two to three apartment projects, all conveniently located near the Melbourne CBD.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administration support to the Customer Relationship team.
  • Assist with preparing and compiling correspondences to purchasers.
  • Assist with EDM Purchaser Updates.
  • Coordinate processes and systems to ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Attend and assist with inspections such as viewings and pre settlement inspections and handovers; to assist in maintaining quality, occasionally required on weekends.
  • Provide onsite project support to project executives.
  • Maintain files according to administrative and quality procedures.
  • Maintain customer files and database.
  • Liaise with external agencies, contractors, solicitors and suppliers.
  • Coordination with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless processes.
  • Exhibit high level of customer service.
