Formed from a recipe that aims to make you into a leader of tomorrow, our Mondelēz International Junior Sales Executive (JSE) program offers you a delicious blend of on the job and formal training that will expand your horizons while encouraging your personal and professional development.

The JSE program allows you to work in a variety of real roles to gain all-round exposure to our Sales function and broader business. Working alongside industry experts, over two years, you'll gain invaluable skills and have the flexibility to take your career in any direction you choose, which may include:

  • Operations and Field Sales Management
  • National and State Account Management
  • Category Development and product strategy
  • Customer and Trade Marketing - building demand and maintaining strong customer relationships

By joining us you will benefit from powerful career coaching with a dedicated buddy and mentor to bring out the best in you. You'll receive expert advice and support from leaders and other colleagues, which will help you build strong networks across the business and our world class learning and development programs will help you own your own career.

You will not only gain on the job experience and have real accountability, you will also be involved in project teams collaborating across the business to drive innovation and growth.

Do you have what it takes?

Mondelēz International is looking for outstanding individuals who demonstrate potential to be our future innovative leaders; people who combine the ability to learn with a strong foundation in commercial awareness.

Applicants must have completed a commerce or business degree by the end of 2022 or have finished your degree no earlier than November 2019. You must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of application. Applicants must be available to start in the second half of 2022.
