MyFiziq is a rapidly growing publicly listed technology company based in South Perth, Western Australia.    

In a nutshell, our patented technology enables smart-phone apps to capture and track body fat, body circumferences and health risks captured via a user’s smart-phone camera.

The title says we’re looking for an engineer but what we’re actually looking for is a critical thinker with a desire for solving complex problems.   

We’re looking for somebody that cares intensely about their work and wishes to utilise modern frameworks and tools on a leading-edge AI project.    

Someone that is willing to relentlessly push the boundaries of 3D and artificial intelligence to provide creative and innovative code to solve real-world problems across multiple markets and industries.   

We're not looking for the ‘quick’ solution. Our focus is the ‘right’ solution.   

As part of our MLCV team you will be working on a patent protected, state-of-the-art AI powered technology.   

The role will consist of discovering and researching novel ideas with a focus on 3D data and models. You will use your 3D processing knowledge and computer vision experience to implement those ideas to produce accurate and repeatable 3D textured human body shapes reflecting an actual body anthropometrics and body composition inferences.   

You will be part of a world-class team consisting of machine learning and computer vision experts and work in collaboration with our in-house software engineers and application developers to create a highly accurate and privacy-sensitive solution which delivers results at lightning fast speeds. This role potentially suits a 3D body modelling artist with expertise in textures, rendering, rigging and deformation and looking to expand their career in to machine learning.   If shape and measurement intelligence sounds like a challenge that excites you, then we’d love to chat.

  • 3D mesh processing capability
  • Point-cloud processing capability
  • Experience with 3D rendering tools
  • Knowledge of modern 3D computer vision technologies
  • Knowledge of modern machine learning technologies and frameworks
  • Proven Python programming skills
