About the role
As a Digital, Data & AI Intern, you’ll be part of a team transforming how customers and colleagues experience banking.
Our DD&AI teams sit at the heart of NAB’s transformation, bringing together digital, design, data, onboarding and AI capabilities to create simpler, smarter and more personalised experiences.
Whether you’re interested in digital products, design, data analytics or emerging AI technologies, you’ll gain exposure to meaningful work that delivers real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to initiatives that improve digital customer and colleague experiences
- Support analysis of customer needs, data and insights to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, data, product and technology
- Help identify opportunities to enhance products, processes and user journeys
- Build your analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Gain exposure to digital innovation, data-driven insights and AI applications

- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
- In your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Degree completion by December 2027
- Be available to commence full-time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
