About the role
As a Finance and Strategy Intern, you’ll work as a trusted partner to the business, helping to deliver insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making across NAB.
You’ll gain exposure to how financial and non-financial data is used to inform decisions, improve processes and create value for customers and the business.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse financial and operational data to generate insights
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
- Support reporting and performance analysis activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
- Contribute to innovation, simplification and digitisation initiatives
- Build employability skills to complement your studies

- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
- In your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Degree completion by December 2027
- Be available to commence full-time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
