About the Security Group
We’re committed to maintaining a safe, secure and reliable nbn network. By leveraging an industry-leading converged model, we integrate physical, personnel and cyber security with investigations, forensics, intelligence, governance, risk management, consulting, and strategic planning. This holistic approach enables us to provide a comprehensive and coordinated view of risks, ensuring the highest standards of network security and reliability.

Internship opportunities are available in our Melbourne (Docklands) office.
What we look for in a Security Group intern
We welcome students from degrees including – but not limited to – Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Criminal Justice, Risk & Compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital security, problem-solving and protecting vital infrastructure. To be eligible for the Security Group internship program, you must be an Australian Citizen.
To be eligible for the program, you must meet the below eligibility criteria:
- You are a Citizen of Australia; and
- You are in your second last year of university; and
- You are available to commence full time work from 3 November 2025 through to 6 February 2026.
