About Field Services
The Field Services team plays a vital role in keeping Australia connected. They ensure smooth delivery, maintenance, and assurance of network services through a blend of internal expertise and trusted delivery partners. From planning workforce supply requirements to implementing strategic programs, there is a key focus on safety, quality, and efficiency outcomes. Data and analytics is harvested to drive continuous improvement and support our people through effective business management and engagement initiatives.
Internship roles are available in across offices located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth.
What we look for in a Field Services intern
Seeking motivated and curious students who enjoy solving complex problems and want to see their work make a real-world impact. You should be comfortable working with technology, data, and in the field where technicians service customers.
We value candidates who have experience working directly with customers or in technical environments, and who are eager to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate will be currently studying for a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Networks Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, provided it is a double degree with Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
To be eligible for the program, you must meet the below eligibility criteria:
- You are a Citizen of Australia / New Zealand, or an Australian permanent resident; and
- You are in your second year of university; and
- You are available to commence full time work from 3 November 2025 through to 6 February 2026.
