As a graduate at NDY, you will experience a Program that actively promotes growth and offers ongoing professional development and support. You will work on-site with a team of engineers, contractors, architects, and tradespeople on multi-disciplinary projects.

During the 2-year Graduate Program, you will participate in a series of onsite & virtual workshops, social networking activities, technical training from NDY’s technical experts, potential discipline rotations, and the opportunity to connect with senior leaders in the business.

About the roles:

As a graduate with NDY, you work under the guidance of our experienced engineers in developing detailed engineering designs in various market sectors such as transport infrastructure like train stations, commercial property like retail centres, schools or universities, high-rise buildings, and precincts, or even mission critical facilities like data centres.

Each market sector leans on different requirements and has an emphasis on the use of creative and efficient design solutions. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects with different clients. Through this journey, you will be supporting and collaborating with other like-minded individuals to provide innovative solutions through the design process.
