About the role:

As a graduate in the structural team, you will be based in our Melbourne office but involved in a wide range of projects across Australia. Our structural team is currently in an exciting growth phase, allowing you a chance to work on projects ranging from fast-paced, commercial office fit outs to multiyear mixed-use developments worth more than $350M.

We generally have a 4-step recruitment process, which may vary depending on the type of role you apply for. We've designed our process to get to know you better beyond your resume, and equally for you to learn more about NDY along the way.

  • Application – Submit your resume, cover letter and academic transcript.
  • Online assessment – You will be invited to undertake an online assessment as well as video interview.
  • Assessment Centre and Interviews – This is the final step in this stage of the recruitment process. If you're shortlisted, you will be invited to an assessment centre session.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer of employment from our Talent Acquisition team.
