The Engineering and Design team delivers and manages Australia and Asia Pacific’s industry leading data centre designs, that are the critical infrastructure of our modern and future society. All aspects of the design process are covered including, feasibility studies, site due diligence, master planning, concept design, technical design, construction and commissioning over-sight and long term full life-cycle asset management and sustainability tuning support.

The NEXTDC design team won the Global Data Centre Design Team of the year awarded in London, and lead the industry in reliability, sustainability and customer experience.

The strategic priority is the design and delivery of billions of dollars of new data centres across Australia and Asia Pacific.

Every day at NEXTDC is an adventure, and as a graduate within the Engineering and Design team, you will be involved in a vast variety of projects, at all the different stages of design and delivery. You will be highly self-motivated, able to solve issues and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight.

To be eligible for the NEXTDC Graduate Program, you will need to:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident
• Have completed your most recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (ie. February 2025) 
• Be ready to commence full time work at the program start date in February 2025
• Have a degree in Architecture
