NEXTDC’s Network Engineer Graduate Program 2025

The Network Operations team builds and maintains highly secure and private date centre centric connectivity services. We create and deliver a full-stack web-based self-service portal allowing our customer to enable on-demand connections between sites, Capital cities, and hyperscalers within minutes. The team embodies the next generation of network engineers delivering Network-as-a-Service from the hardware level thru to graphical user interfaces.

Our strategic priority is to maintain the 100% Uptime Guarantee of our networks, increase the usability and self-service nature of the customer interface, and create and deploy meaningful new products.

Every day at NEXTDC is an adventure, and as a graduate within the Network Operations team, you will be developing or reviewing new code, creating testing automation thru AI-tools, enabling higher network health with machine learning algorithms, deploying hardware for new site and capacity growth, and participating in the architecture and design of the above.

To be eligible for the NEXTDC 2025 graduate program, you will need to:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident
• Have completed your most recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (ie. February 2025) 
• Be ready to commence full time work at the program start date in February 2025
• Have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Telecommunications
