Graduate Program

nib’s two-year graduate program will give you the chance to drive your own career and work on high-impact, meaningful and purpose-led projects from day one! You will drive transformation of our members and travellers’ experiences whilst working alongside our teams to deliver on operational and strategic goals.  As a graduate your journey will be guided by a dedicated buddy, leader, and mentor, with access to nib’s senior leadership teams. 

What do we look for: 

  • You thrive on challenging the status quo and thinking “outside the box” to identify opportunities for improvement 
  • You consider yourself open-minded with the ability to work as part of a team in an agile work environment
  • You’re in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in your relevant discipline

  4. Invitation to attend Virtual Assessment Centre

    You will be invited to attend an Virtual Assessment Centre where you will find out more about nib, talk to some of our people and learn more about life at nib. You will be asked to demonstrate why you are a great fit for us. As part of this step you partake in both a group activity and an individual behaviour based interview.

  5. Checks

    We will conduct employment reference checks with two of your referees who can speak on your behalf. We’ll also initiate a background check with our preferred provider for you to complete.

  6. Offer

    This is the final step of our process. If you are successful and a great fit you will receive the good news and an offer from us.
