  •  You’ll learn on the job via our apprenticeship model. You'll focus on research, analysis & synthesis and will have opportunities to develop your communication, presentation, and client-management skills. 
  • We care about you succeeding and you’ll be supported every step of the way. You will be mentored and coached by numerous colleagues, from partners and consultants to a dedicated ‘buddy’, formal ‘mentor’, and an ‘intern captain’ overseeing the program.

Who Can Apply? 

Our Australia Summer Internship program is open to penultimate-year students graduating from 2025 and able to commence full-time work in 2026. 

We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem-solving mindset. We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.

To be eligible, you must be permitted to work in Australia on a full-time basis at the time that you submit your application.

The Oliver Wyman Women’s Scholarship

Oliver Wyman is committed to supporting high achieving women forge successful careers in management consulting. In addition to the internship program, the Oliver Wyman Women's Scholarship is intended to provide ambitious and driven women identifying students in Australia insight and exposure into the consulting industry.

Women identifying applicants who meet the internship program application criteria will qualify to be considered for the Oliver Wyman Women’s Scholarship. You will be given the opportunity to opt-in for the scholarship if you are shortlisted for the final round interview of our internship program.

The scholarship recipient will be provided with:

  • $15,000 AUD
  • Mentorship from a senior Oliver Wyman consultant
