About the Program
Our two-year Graduate Program is developed to set you up for long term success through:

- Three 8-month rotations within your business unit to build breadth, confidence and capability.

Eligibility
To be considered, you must:
- Be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Have completed an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree (or higher) or TAFE Certificate level qualification in 2024, 2025 or expect to complete your final subject by December 2026, inclusive of any internships or work experience placements required for graduation.
- Be able to commence fulltime in February 2027.
- Available to work primarily from our Macquarie Park campus in Sydney.

The Group IT team develops Optus’ technology strategy, digital transformation and operational resilience, ensuring our products, systems and data work seamlessly for millions of customers.
As an IT Graduate, you won’t just observe, you’ll design, build and deliver real technology used across Australia. This stream is ideal for problem solvers, builders and technologists who want to grow fast and work with purpose.
Where You May Gain Experience
