Your Purpose: 

You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle process (including but not limited to):

  • Onboarding new clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Identifying potential leads and industry trends
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry experts
  • Recommending suitable candidates for clients' consideration
  • Offer negotiations
  • Post-placement care

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales / business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth and success.
