During the recruitment process, we work with you to determine your fit within our firm. We take a personal approach and run face to face interviews with real conversation, without the need for assessment centres and lengthy processes.

All new starters get a buddy to ensure you are provided with the hands-on training you need to perform your job. You will receive on the job feedback as well as regular performance reviews to keep you on track with your development. Pilot Partners provides training specific to your business area as well as firm wide training to broaden your professional knowledge base and soft skills. 

As a Chartered Accounting firm, we will support you through your CA qualifications by providing financial, learning and study support. You will work with real clients from day one, and you will experience direct contact with Directors, Associate Directors, and Managers.

To apply for a Graduate position within our Corporate Advisory team, candidates must have completed or be on track to complete their accounting degree between July and December 2024. While prior accounting experience is advantageous, it is not required. 

In addition, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Interest in current trends impacting the business sector both in Australia and      internationally;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A strong energy and motivation to start a career in accounting;
  • CA eligible upon graduation from university;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Team player and the ability to work well with others.
