Our Tuggerah office supports both the Australian and New Zealand markets, connecting with people who live for the outdoors and a bit of adventure.
Despite the corporate label on paper, we’re pretty good at switching gears. When it’s time to be polished, professional, and all business – we’re on. The rest of the time? It’s relaxed, casual, and authentically us. No suits, no stiffness – just good people doing great work, with a few laughs along the way.

During your internship, you’ll be guided by our Lead Designer who has 10 years of industry experience in her tackle box. She’s all about big ideas and creative challenges that toe the line between love and mild eye-twitching (but those are always the projects you’re proudest of, right?).
You’ll work across our international brands, contributing to global product launch campaigns, assisting with creative direction for photoshoots and PR programs, and even sitting in on cross-functional meetings with international design teams.
With such a diverse creative output, you’ll get that pinch me moment – watching your work escape the depths of your FINAL-FINAL-V02.5 folder and make it into the wild.
We’re talking real campaigns, real channels, and real audiences. Your work won’t just exist – it’ll be seen.
