About the Program

18 months | 3 different teams | 6-month rotations

Our award-winning graduate program has been running for many years and is ranked among Australia's top ten small-sized programs on the AAGE Top Graduate Employers list.

Graduates are hired as permanent employees and spend their first 18 months on the graduate program, experiencing three different teams across our business, known as 'rotations'. In addition to completing three rotations, graduates progress through a structured learning and development plan, have access to senior leaders, and spend time with their graduate cohort forming meaningful and long-lasting connections.

Our 2027 graduate business areas include:

  • Risk
  • Business (SME)
  • Claims
  • Consumer
  • Insurance underwriting

Risk

Work across teams that help the business identify, assess, and manage risk. You will gain exposure to how organisations make informed decisions—supporting frameworks, policies and governance processes that ensure we operate effectively and responsibly.

You will get the opportunity to work alongside teams and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, help identify risks, assess impacts, and support practical, commercial solutions.

Build your analytical capability by working with risk data. Learn how to translate complex information into clear insights that guide business actions and priorities.

Across your rotations, you'll gain hands-on experience in how organisations identify risk, make decisions and operate responsibly, building a highly transferable skillset that's critical to every business.

Graduate Learning & Development

Your skill and career development are a key focus for the entire graduate program and beyond. Some of the ways you will learn include:

  • Experiencing our business from three different perspectives across your graduate rotations
  • Formal classroom-style training with practical application
  • Digital learning pathways designed for the graduate cohort and tailored to your program stream
  • Informal learning through cohort activities and initiatives
  • Unlimited access to digital learning content, including courses with certifications
  • Your support network: graduate program lead, graduate buddy, rotation leaders, technical buddies, graduate networks (program stream and wider cohort)
  • Networking and public speaking opportunities
