Quantium Data Science Award

Could you be a future leader?

The Top100 Future Leaders competition is a chance to stand out to top employers in your industry.

The Top100 Future Leaders event aims to identify the current top university students in Australia. Participate in one of our industry-specific awards or our multidisciplinary award, all of which are sponsored by graduate employers in the industry. You may even have a chance at earning a job offer or grad program position like several of our past winners.

Live outside of Sydney? No problem! We welcome all to apply as the competition is held online until the Assessment Centre and Awards Night in February 2019 - and GradConnection will cover AND organise your flights and accommodation for you.

How do you apply?

As a participant, you will take part in an application process that simulates the recruiting process utilised by graduate employers. There are five main steps in the process for the Top100:

  1. Submit your application via PushApply
  2. Complete a series of psychometric tests via Arctic Shores
  3. Complete a video interview using Spark Hire
  4. If selected as a finalist, you will be flown to Sydney to participate in an actual recruitment assessment centre
  5. Attend the awards night!

Who can apply?

Anyone who meets the following criteria (plus the discipline required for each award) is eligible for participation. You must be:

  1. Currently residing in Australia
  2. Studying at an Australian university in 2019
  3. Available to attend a full day assessment and awards evening, if successful, on Wednesday 13th Feb 2019
  4. You must be registered on GradConnection. It's free and easy to sign up - Register today!

The Top100 Future Leaders competition is celebrated in conjunction with the Top100 Graduate Employers competition. All finalists, winners and universities will be published in the Australian Financial Review alongside the results for the Top100 Graduate Employers.
