About the Opportunity
Working within our Insurance & Roadside division, you will build commercial, analytical and business skills whilst developing a strong understanding of how reporting, insights and planning help shape decision-making in a large and diverse organisation.
Throughout the program, you will:
Support reporting, analysis and insights that help inform sound business decisions
Work with teams across Insurance & Roadside (including Operations, Finance, Product and Analytics) to understand challenges and develop practical solutions
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
Be involved in projects that improve how we work and deliver better outcomes
Build relationships with teams across the business and communicate insights clearly
What you’ll need to be successful:

To be considered for the program, you’ll need:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years
Curiosity and a genuine commitment to learning and developing yourself
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse information and develop practical, data-informed solutions
Previous experience in business, analytics, finance, operations or related environments (desirable)
A valid driver’s licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria)

Following a successful video interview, shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre in October.
