• A 12-month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation, followed by a permanent full-time opportunity

• A capstone project where you’ll work with other graduates on a real business challenge and present your recommendations to senior leaders 

About the Opportunity     

Working within our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy division, you will gain hands-on experience helping explore, develop and deliver AI solutions that create value for the business and improve member and customer experiences. 

Throughout the program, you will: 

• Support the development, testing and ongoing improvement of AI and automation solutions 

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, decision-making and customer/member experiences 

• Work with different teams to understand business problems and turn them into practical AI solutions 

• Assist with AI prototyping, experiments and pilot projects 

• Monitor and test AI outputs to ensure quality, accuracy and responsible use 

• Prepare and explore data to support AI models and experiments 

• Contribute insights, recommendations and learnings while building your skills in AI and emerging technologies 

What you’ll need to be successful:

To be considered for the program, you’ll need:   

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (desirable) 

• To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years  

• Quick learner, curiosity with a genuine commitment to learning and developing yourself 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills   

• Demonstrates a passion for building and experimenting with technology (desirable) 

• Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges 

• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders 

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions 

• Previous work experience in technology, digital, data, analytics or business environments (desirable) 

• Successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria

• A 20-minute AI online chat interview 

• Psychometric testing 

• A video interview 

Following a successful video interview, shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre in October.
