About the Opportunity
This Graduate role sits within Intelematics, an RACV-owned technology business that develops connected mobility, roadside assistance and transformation information solutions for organisations across Australia and internationally. Work within our B2B team and gain broad exposure across marketing, sales, business development and account management. You will support the growth of the business by contributing to market development initiatives, building client relationships and assisting with proposals and tenders. Working in a fast-paced, high-performing team, you’ll develop your commercial acumen while gaining exposure to a broad range of business activities and stakeholder interactions.
Throughout the program, you will:
Support business growth by contributing to market development initiatives and identifying new opportunities within the B2B space
Assist with account management activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with business customers
Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations and tender responses to support commercial outcomes
Gain exposure to both sales and marketing activities, developing a well-rounded understanding of commercial operations
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions and support expansion into new markets
What you’ll need to be successful:
At RACV, we know everyone brings something different. We’re looking for graduates who are analytically minded and eager to build a strong understanding of how our resorts operate, using those insights to inform thoughtful analysis and business improvement.
To be considered for the program, you’ll need:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business or a related field
To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years
Show a proactive, hands-on approach, with a willingness to contribute across multiple areas of the business
Be adaptable and responsive, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions
Have well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and draw meaningful insight
Have a well-rounded mindset, with an interest in sales, marketing and broader business development activities
Previous work experience in marketing, business and commerce (desirable)
Successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts & offices across Victoria
