As a Corporate Finance Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the preparation of valuations, assignment file administration and management and capital raising including preparation of Independent Account’s Report. You will also have the opportunity to undertake financial modelling and forecasting, financial investigation and due diligence, and much more!

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting mergers, acquisitions and business development activities
  • Assisting with transaction support and due diligence
  • Contributing to capital market engagements
  • Preparing valuations and expert reports
  • Supporting litigation matters and forensic investigations
  • Building and reviewing financial models
  • Assisting with family law valuation matters
  • Sourcing information from multiple platforms and preparing client‑ready reports
  • Conducting trend analysis, preparing pitch documents and performing market research
  • Presenting work in client‑facing settings

About You:

You’re someone who is analytical, motivated and eager to build a career in corporate finance. You bring initiative, professionalism and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are studying or have completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Law or a related field
  • Have a genuine interest in corporate finance and deal advisory
  • Bring enthusiasm, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Are a proactive self‑starter who collaborates well and contributes ideas
  • Bring a can‑do attitude, resilience and a passion for continuous learning
  • Are comfortable presenting information, including in Power BI formats
  • Work well with people across different levels and departments
  • Are curious about clients’ industries and motivated to understand their business needs
  • Hold Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Permanent Residency
