Team Description 

The Salesforce Economy is expected to drive 4.2 million new jobs and more than $1.2 trillion in business revenue by 2024. This rapid growth is driven by the Salesforce partner ecosystem, which is the largest partner ecosystem of any tech company in the world. The Trailhead for Partners Talent Programs team works closely with partners to build new talent, and then connect that talent with employment opportunities in our ecosystem. Role Description

The Partner Advisor will work with hundreds of consulting partners over the course of a year. This role will be the first touch with our Scale partners across the Asia Pacific region. It will include crafting and executing targeted phone and email campaigns to drive our KPIs, as well as engaging in strategic discussions around the partners’ business plans. The key to this role will be quickly understanding a partner’s business and recommending best practices that will help them succeed. This role is highly externally facing with 80% of your time will be spent engaging with the partners. This is also a high-volume role, requiring dozens of partner engagements every week. This role will require collaboration across multiple teams that all work towards driving partner and customer success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help partners navigate Salesforce and leverage as many self-service resources as possible
  • Help partners adopt best practices
  • Validate partner business plans and define concrete actions to grow their Salesforce practice
  • Perform quarterly health checks with partners, measuring progress against previous goals and defining new goals
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs as outlined by the business

Additionally: 

  • Rotate within the Alliance and Channel Organisation (Scale, Global System Integrators (GSI’s), Regional System Integrators (RSI’s), Partner Marketing, Operations)
  • Help partners navigate Salesforce and leverage as many self-service resources as possible
  • Help partners adopt best practices
  • Validate partner business plans and define concrete actions to grow their Salesforce practice

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a recent university graduate and ready to start full-time work on 1 February 2022
  • 1-2 years of work experience ideally in a Commercial or Consulting environment or through Industry Placement Internships
  • You are a team player and have strong communication skills
  • You have an affinity and a strong interest in building a career in technology
  • You have exceptional organisational and time management skills and have the ability to prioritise
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to use your own initiative
  • You are a result driven, self motivated person interested in being a part of a fast-paced tech environment
