Administration Assistant


  • Manage and organise meetings
  • Write meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Manage data base
  • Act as first point of contact in Admin DEP
  • Manage Admin department mail box


  • Interest in administration, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexible to work from home, Monday to Friday for 10 hours per week
  • Available on weekend to attend meetings and writing meeting minutes preferable -Able to commit for six months of volunteering
