Administration Assistant
Tasks
- Manage and organise meetings
- Write meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Manage data base
- Act as first point of contact in Admin DEP
- Manage Admin department mail box
Requirements
- Interest in administration, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Flexible to work from home, Monday to Friday for 10 hours per week
- Available on weekend to attend meetings and writing meeting minutes preferable -Able to commit for six months of volunteering
